My First Post

I think I should make my first post on the interweb something amazing that will totally blow your brain and make you come back and read about the trivial things I think about and/or do of a day, but all i can think about is how excited I am by this drive i went on today. You see: I ride a motorbike. I LOVE riding, even more than I hate leaving the house so nowadays its a real motivator to get things done. Don't get me wrong, I love being outdoors and seeing/meeting people, I'm not a recluse, I just often can't be bothered going to the effort to get ready to leave, BUT, back to my ride: I went across the Bowen bridge (sort of near where I live) and drove around to the other bridge also sort of near(er) to where I live) on the far side of the river. Normally that wouldn't be so exciting but the road had a speed limit of 70 and very windy (like, with lots of fairly tight corners, not lots of wind) roads between some high hills, almost mountains to get around to the other bridge. I had the biggest grin ( =D ) on my face the whole time and I loved it, even though I used up the last of my fuel. I fully intend to steal borrow my friends scooter under the pretense of teaching him to ride a manual so I can ride through there again. I should point out a few flaws to him first though I suppose. Such as the engine killswitch forgetting what its job is and just leaving the engine running and the lack of a right hand mirror. Im sure he'll work it out, he's a wog, but he ain't so stupid.

 Now, I suppose I should introduce myself a bit... I had this awesome train of thought going but i started thinking about riding again. Oh yeah! I was gonna say how starting a blog is kind of an incentive to myself to have a more interesting life, or be funnier or draw more or something, so I'll let you know how it goes as I progress through my blogging career. I was inspired a little by Hyperbole and a Half cos Allie is hilarious and if people will read about her (admittedly more exciting) life, maybe I can entertain a few people with mine. Don't just pass over that link either, THAT IS FUNNY(/intriguing) SHIT. or at least I think so. Well, as I post I'm sure more details about myself will come to light, so I'm not gonna ruch and try and smoosh it all in here right now, but I will say I am not normally that particular with grammar and spelling (I figure if its understandable, whats the problem? don't fix what isnt broken) but this spellchecker-free typing environment is making me really careful with my... typing. i didn't want to say typing twice but i did it anyway. You'll notice that entire sentence is in lower case, I left it that way to show how typing generally comes out for me, and then I usually go back and correct spelling, capitals and punctuation. Maybe you'll find that interesting. Anyway, i said in my About Me section I'd put a picture up to show what I look like to save you from my over-descriptive ... description, I am not off to a good start, but all the same here I am:

That's my little brother in the background. The sweet Tony Stark goatee is unfortunately fake, and drawn on with textas. You may believe what you want about the Arc Reactor. Well, thats all I have for now, I'll be back when I have some more to say! (probably tomorrow)
